Jak usunąć swoje dane

1. Napisz na [email protected] z tematem „Usunięcie danych Social Studio”. Podaj nazwę konta lub strony (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Dailymotion, Dysk Google), której dotyczy prośba.
2. W ciągu 30 dni operator usunie z panelu tokeny dostępu, identyfikatory i nazwy połączonych kont, zaplanowane i zapisane treści oraz przesłane pliki powiązane z tym kontem, a także kopie bezpieczeństwa zawierające te dane. Otrzymasz potwierdzenie e-mailem.
3. Możesz też samodzielnie cofnąć dostęp aplikacji: Facebook → Ustawienia i prywatność → Ustawienia → Aplikacje i witryny → Social Studio → Usuń. Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions. TikTok: Ustawienia → Bezpieczeństwo → Aplikacje.

Treści już opublikowane w mediach społecznościowych usuwa się w danej platformie — panel nie kasuje ich automatycznie.

How to delete your data

Email [email protected] with the subject “Social Studio data deletion” and the name of the connected account or page. Within 30 days we delete the access tokens, account identifiers and names, stored or scheduled content and uploaded files related to that account, including backups, and confirm by email. You can also remove the app at any time in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Content already published on social platforms must be deleted on that platform.
