How to delete your data

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Social Studio data deletion”. Give the name of the account or page (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Dailymotion, Google Drive) the request is about.
2. Within 30 days the operator will delete from the panel the access tokens, IDs and names of connected accounts, scheduled and saved content and uploaded files related to that account, as well as backups containing that data. You’ll get a confirmation by email.
3. You can also revoke the app’s access yourself: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Social Studio → Remove. Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions. TikTok: Settings → Security → Apps.

Content already published on social media must be deleted on that platform — the panel doesn’t delete it automatically.
