Social Studio 355Terms of service
Version: 26 October 2026
This is an English translation. The Polish version is the binding one; if the two differ, the Polish version prevails.
§1. Service provider
Service provider (operator):
Mateusz Blachnierek, Promno 4a, 62-010 Promno, Poland
Email:
[email protected] — this is also the point of contact for users and authorities under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). Contact is possible in Polish and English.
Social Studio 355 is not an official product of TikTok, Meta, Google, X or Dailymotion. The names and marks of these platforms belong to their owners and are used only to indicate which services the panel works with.
§2. Definitions
- Panel — the Social Studio 355 web application for preparing, scheduling and publishing content on connected social media accounts.
- User — a person using the website or the Panel. Client — a person or organization that has signed an agreement with the service provider to use the Panel (e.g. a newsroom, association or creator).
- Consumer — a natural person entering into an agreement not directly related to their business or profession. Consumer provisions also apply to a sole trader when the agreement is not of a professional nature for them.
§3. Types of services
- Free: browsing the website and blog, the contact form (“Sign up”, “Try it free”, access request).
- A Panel account — created by yourself through the sign-up form (creators) or from an invitation by the service provider or the Client organization’s admin. On sign-up we send an email with a link to set your password.
- Free trial for creators — 14 days of free use of the Panel. Starting the trial requires adding a payment card with the payment operator (Stripe). We charge nothing during the trial. When it ends, the chosen plan’s subscription renews automatically every month or year, and the first payment is taken on the day the trial ends. We’ll send an email reminder at least 3 days before. You can cancel the subscription at any time in the Panel (“Your plan” → “Manage subscription”); cancelling before the trial ends means no charges at all, and later — no further charges from the next billing period.
- Paid subscription — the Creator plan (PLN 39/month or PLN 390/year, up to 30 posts per calendar month; a post is one post on one platform), Creator Pro (PLN 59/month or PLN 590/year) and Studio (PLN 119/month or PLN 1,190/year). Prices are final and include all taxes. Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; available payment methods are shown in the payment form. You place the order with a button that states the obligation to pay after the trial. Card changes, invoices and cancellation are handled in the Panel.
- Services for organizations (setup, integrations, automations) — under an individual agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms in the matters it governs.
§4. Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled, an email address and — to publish — accounts on the platforms you want to connect. Using the internet involves typical risks (e.g. malware, password theft); keep your password confidential and your device updated.
§5. Conclusion and termination of the agreement
- The agreement for using the website and form is concluded when you start using them and ends when you stop.
- The account agreement is concluded when you set your password from the invitation and accept these Terms, for an indefinite period.
- You can terminate the account agreement at any time without giving a reason by writing to the service provider’s email address. We delete the account within 30 days.
- The service provider may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ notice for important reasons (e.g. discontinuing the service), or with immediate effect in case of a serious breach of these Terms or the law. Before terminating for a breach we will — where possible — ask you to remedy it.
§6. Rules of use and prohibition of illegal content
It is forbidden to provide illegal content, including content that infringes copyright, personal rights, image rights or platform rules. Each Client connects only their own accounts or accounts they are authorised to use, and publishes their own content to which they hold the rights. Before approving, the user checks the target account, content, file, time and settings. Saving a draft doesn’t start sending; approving the preview orders the actual operation.
In the TikTok integration, after the user explicitly confirms, a video is posted directly to the connected account with the chosen visibility, interaction settings and commercial content disclosure, or — in inbox mode — handed to the TikTok inbox, where the user finishes posting. Available formats and features depend on each platform’s permissions, limits and rules. Handing over a file doesn’t guarantee its publication or public visibility. When the result of sending is uncertain, check the account before retrying to avoid posting twice. Use of the platforms is also subject to their own terms. By using the YouTube integration you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; data processed by Google is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
§7. Reporting illegal content (Digital Services Act)
Anyone can report content stored in the Panel that they consider illegal by writing to the service provider’s email address. The report should include: an explanation, a precise indication of the content, the reporter’s name and email (not required for reports of sexual offences against children) and a statement of good faith. We’ll confirm receipt, handle the report without undue delay and inform you of the decision. If we restrict access to content or an account, we’ll give the user the reasons and the option to appeal to the same address. Content is moderated manually; we don’t use automatic removal.
§8. Complaints
Send complaints by email to the service provider’s address. Include your email, a description of the problem and the solution you expect. We’ll reply within 14 days. Consumers can use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman in Poland, or the consumer bodies in their country of residence.
§9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason, by sending a statement by email. The trial lasts 14 days and is free, so withdrawing during that time (e.g. cancelling the subscription in the Panel) involves no charge. If a consumer withdraws after the paid period has started but before 14 days have passed since the agreement was concluded, they pay proportionally for the time they actually used the paid plan.
§10. Liability and availability
The Panel may be temporarily unavailable (e.g. maintenance, platform outages) and requires keeping valid connections with the platforms. The service provider is not responsible for the operation, rule changes or decisions of social platforms. Towards consumers we don’t exclude or limit liability to the extent the law prohibits it.
§11. Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy, and data deletion on the Data deletion page. Disconnecting an account in the Panel doesn’t delete materials already handed to a platform.
§12. Changes to the Terms and final provisions
These Terms are available free of charge at /terms (Polish) and /en/terms (English) and can be saved or printed. Changes for important reasons (change of law, new features, change of payment method) will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect; account users will receive an email. You can terminate the agreement before that date. Polish law applies to matters not covered here; this doesn’t deprive a consumer of the protection given by the law of their country of residence.
